Introduction

Brass2010Bohemia is already the seventh year of the most popular Prague get-together for brass bands and wind orchestras. This summer event is a cheerful enjoyable weekend bringing together brass musicians of different countries with citizens and visitors of Prague and city of Nymburk from all over the world who like fun and music. Both local public and visitors love this event. Still the participants of the festival can enjoy the beauty of Prague and Nymburk - the attractive cities in Central Europe.

Date and place

The dates of Brass2010Bohemia are 24th June-27th June 2010 (Thursday-Sunday). The main venue of Brass2010Bohemia is the Bohemian capital - Prague. The following day the second public performance takes place in regional town of Nymburk. Nymburk

Participation

Brass2010Bohemia is open to amateur brass and wind music orchestras with no size or age limit. There is a reasonable subscription required from participants towards the costs of the event (see in below price chart).

Festival organiser

The festival is organised by IfB Bohemia Prague in co-operation with Music Travel Agency Prague. Both companies are experienced organizers of musical and cultural festivals, events and travel (more information on www.ifbbohemia.cz, www.agencyMTA-Stadler.com)
