Information and Ordering Instructions

You can order the photographs when and only if you are a participant of a featured event. You can order prints sized 10x15 cm on matt photopaper or high resolution images to be sent by email or CD disc.

You decide between prints and hi-resolution images before you place your order. You can not however mix hi-resolution images and ordering prints in one order. In other words – your order must be either for prints or for hi-res images.

The price of one printed photograph is 1 EUR and we charge processing/postage 5 EUR for 1-20 prints and 7.50 EUR for 21-40 prints in one envelope. (Each other 20 prints incures 2.50 EUR surcharge.)

The price per one hi-res image is 1 EUR. For images send by e-mail, no other charges are added. For a CD-ROM, we add 2.50 for processing/postage.

You can see and check the total value of your selection any time during the ordering process in a price chart next to the thumb images of selected photographs.

The selection and ordering process is simple and intuitive – we encourage you to go directly to the galleries of your choice and start ordering. Still we explain below for your reference ordering process step by step:

STEP 1
Find the image you wish to order and click on number of prints required (for high-res image stay with No. 1)

STEP 2
Repeat the step 1 for each of the photographs you wish to order.

STEP 3
Check your selection and the total value of your order when you have finished with selecting photographs.

STEP 4
Decide the format of your images and select the required option from the dropdown menu.

STEP 5
Click on payments.

STEP 6
Fill in details of your credit card and postal address for prints and email address for hi-resolution images.

STEP 7
Despatch and allow 1-2 working days to expedite your order.

STEP 8
Enjoy the photographs!
